Our mission is to add value to the lumber resource in the local KZN midlands area in a way that is efficient operationally and environmentally. By doing this we are also able to give our customers the best value for money for a wide range of structural and moulded timber products demanded by the construction and furniture industries and by the DIY enthusiasts. Controlling the chain of processes from start to finish; from tree planting to harvesting to sawmilling to drying to moulding and finally, to distribution. Limiting harvest volume to ensure the sustainability of forest rotation. Sourcing timber within a short distance from the processing plant to reduce transport costs and carbon emissions. Ultimately, it is the customer who benefits from these efficiencies in the form of better quality and lower prices. One of our most popular products is our extra thick, pressure treated decking which can be varnished in a range of different colours. Half round cladding provides protection against the elements and a natural wood look. Using every type of Midlands Lumber product, from decking, floor boards, ceiling, rafters, batons, perlins, skirting, cornice, coverstrips etc.
