Member of a team tutoring the Creativity, Innovation, and Change module on the SBL/Open University MBA. Business brokers covering the Midlands of KwaZulu-Natal from Pietermaritzburg to Estcourt and across to the Berg. Develop intellectual property and training materials in the broad management field with a an emphasis on HRD, LED, and Small Business Development. In recent times a significant proportion of this has been for government at both provincial and national level. This academy falls under the Office of the Premier and is responsible for the training of public service employees in the Province of KwaZulu-Natal. Assist with the development of fundraising and public relations strategies and train staff in these fields. Contracted to facilitate in a range of management subjects (particularly mentoring) to public servants on behalf of the Public Administration Leadership and Management Academy (PALAMA), a national SA government department. Have also developed training materials for them and assessed portfolios of evidence (PoE). Activities: Chairperson of debating society, member of School rugby team, enthusiastic tennis player. Interested in futurology, international human rights, digital technology and its application (including in particular its cyber aspects). Also appreciative inquiry (AI), civil society (NPOs), change and the management of its direction, creativity and innovation, business models and strategy development.
